Mission to Natal, Brazil   June 2003

Friday, June 20: Depart Columbia about noon. Pray that each team member will experience the peace of God regarding the call to Brazil.

Saturday, June 21: Arrive in Natal mid-day.Pray for the safety and health of the team members as they travel. Pray for easy passage through customs.

Sunday, June 22: Witness and worship at area churches. Pray for boldness for the team in every situation.

Monday, June 23: First construction day. Ask God to grant unity of purpose and spirit for the team as the group from Chapin baptist works with volunteers from other churches. Also pray for the children's ministry.

Tuesday, June 24: Construction continues. Pray for the spiritual readiness of each team member as he/she interacts with the community.

Wednesday, June 25: Perhaps the most difficult day as the roof and church is completed. Pray that God will give wisdom to team members in every situation. This is also clothing distribution day. Pray that each team member will see people and needs from God's perspective.

Thursday, June 26: Dedication of the new church. Pray that many will come to know Christ through the dedication service and through the life of this church.

Friday, June 27: The team members share what God has done through this time together. Pray that each team member will experience a fresh anointing in his life.

Saturday, June 28: The team returns this afternoon. Pray for safe travel and that each person will be open to serve the Lord again.
