The lifework of Circle of Friends Ministries is to extend hope through the message of Jesus Christ by lending a helping hand and offering a fresh start ot families in our community.

Health Ministry

This ministry is made up of members of the health profession. It is assisting our members with health concerns.

Homeschooling Support Group

Newcomer Outreach

The objective of this ministry is to provide a "welcome to the community" bag for every new family in the area. Activities include material preparation and delivery of packets.

Pastoral Care

This ministry cares for our members thru Hospital visitation, post hospital follow-up, and hospital support.

Pastor's Prayer Partner

This ministry involves commiting to be a prayer partner for our pastors. On a daily basis, you will pray for their spiritual, emotional, and physical strength.

Prayer Ministry

The Chapin Baptist Church Intercessory Prayer Room provides one of our church's most vital support ministries. Staffed by volunteer prayer servants, it generates a shockwave of prayer going out in all directions from Chapin Baptist Church. The prayer Ministry serves as a prayer support system for our church staff, our church family, and for people throughout our community, state, nation, and world.

Shut-In Care

This ministry puts legs on the prayers of those that want to be involved in the lives of those who need to know that they are loved and being prayed for. A few of the areas of this ministry include: visitation and correspondence with those recently discharged from the hospital, providing transportation to those in our church family needing assistance and ministering, and serving those in our church with special needs
