In 1974, a group of believers living in the community saw a great need for a new church in Chapin. With an inital startup of 119 members, the community of believers known as Chapin Baptist Church has grown and developed into a body that is passionate about seeing people meet Jesus. Through the years, CBC has faithfully continued the original vision of reaching people for Christ, helping believers move forward in their spiritual journey, strengthening families, ministering to the hurting, and building bridges to help serve our community.
