“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” - Micah 6:8 (NIV)
A ministry serving foster, kinship, and vulnerable families.
Every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and safe in a stable home. Vulnerable children unfortunately must sometimes be abruptly removed from unfit environments and placed with other family members or foster families. This transition can be a challenge for the children as well as the family entrusted with their care. Love Mercy exists to provide resources to these families. These resources are often tangible; other resources come in the form of training and other kinds of encouragement.

Love Mercy ministry sponsors a Foster the Family Support Group for foster and adoptive moms. This group meets the 4th Sunday of every month at Chapin Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall. Pre-registration for childcare is available for all ages (0-10). Dinner is provided and a one-hour training certificate is available every month.
