WHO WE ARE

RISE PreTeen Ministry is the launching pad for our 5th grade students.  Students will grow in their Biblical knowledge by being taught how to read the Bible, how to study the Bible, and how to use the Bible as an authority in their lives.

We believe that building Bible literacy begins to form the foundations of a relationship with The Author.  Our prayer is that during their 5th grade year students in RISE will either learn to trust Jesus as their savior for the first time or build on the foundations of their faith.

Our hope for the students who consistently attend RISE is that they will develop a strong community with fellow students and believers so when they move up to Middle School they have a small group of friends rooted in the gospel.
